9x12 Lead Gen Program — 9x12 Method LLC

1Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the 9x12 Lead Gen Program ("Program") operated by 9x12 Method LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting an application, providing payment information, or using the Program portal, you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are in addition to the 9x12 Method general terms and conditions found at https://9x12method.com/terms/. By agreeing to these Terms, you are also agreeing to the terms at that URL.

2Program Description

The 9x12 Lead Gen Program is a done-for-you lead generation service. We run Facebook advertising campaigns at our own expense in your designated territory to attract local business owners who are interested in advertising on a 9x12 postcard. When a business owner completes our interest form, that submission ("Lead") is delivered to your Member portal.

We invest our own money in advertising to generate these leads. You pay nothing until we actually deliver verified leads to you. The only upfront cost is the one-time setup fee, which is fully refundable under our guarantee (see Section 6).

3Application & Acceptance

Participation in the Program requires submitting an application and being approved at our sole discretion. As part of the application process, you will be asked to provide a valid payment method. Your payment method is not charged at the time of application.

If your application is approved, your payment method will be automatically charged the one-time setup fee. If your application is not approved, your payment method will not be charged and no payment information will be retained.

4Fees & Billing

Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee (currently $100) is charged upon application approval. This covers the cost of building your custom local Facebook advertising campaign. This fee is fully refundable under our lead delivery guarantee (see Section 6).

Per-Lead Fee: You are charged a per-lead fee (currently $75 per lead) each time leads are delivered to your portal. Leads are charged in a single batch payment per delivery. The per-lead rate is set by the Company and may be updated from time to time with reasonable notice.

Payment Methods: You are required to have a primary and backup payment method on file. Charges are first attempted on your primary card. If the primary card is declined, the backup card is charged. If both payment methods fail, your campaign will be paused until payment is resolved.

No Hidden Costs: There are no monthly fees, platform fees, or ad spend costs. We fund the advertising. You only pay the setup fee and per-lead delivery fees.

5Minimum Commitment

Your minimum commitment to the Program is 30 days or 10 leads, whichever comes first. After the minimum commitment period, you may cancel at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, any leads that have already been generated prior to your campaign being turned off will still be delivered and charged at the applicable per-lead rate.

6Lead Delivery Guarantee

If we do not deliver at least 5 qualified leads to your portal within the first 30 days of your campaign going live, your setup fee will be refunded in full. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies only to the setup fee. Per-lead charges for leads that were delivered are non-refundable under this guarantee.

7Lead Definition & Quality

A "Lead" is defined as a local business owner within your designated territory who has voluntarily completed our interest form expressing interest in advertising on a 9x12 postcard. You are paying for the introduction — not a guaranteed sale. It is your responsibility to follow up with leads and close deals.

If you receive a lead that is clearly fake, a duplicate, or contains completely invalid contact information (e.g., fake phone number, non-existent email address), you may flag it through your portal. We will review flagged leads and issue a credit at our discretion if the lead does not meet our quality standard.

Leads that are valid but did not answer the phone, were not interested after contact, or that you were unable to close for any reason are not eligible for credits or refunds.

8Your Responsibilities

As a Member, you agree to:

  • Respond to delivered leads as quickly as possible
  • Maintain valid and funded payment methods on file at all times
  • Not misrepresent your financial ability to participate in the Program
  • Operate your 9x12 business professionally and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not share, resell, or distribute leads received through the Program to any third party

9Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: repeated payment failures, misrepresentation on your application, misuse of lead data, or conduct that reflects poorly on the 9x12 Method brand or community.

Upon termination, any outstanding charges for leads already delivered will remain due and payable.

10Limitation of Liability

The Program is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific number of leads (except as stated in our lead delivery guarantee), conversion rates, sales, or revenue outcomes. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 90 days preceding any claim.

11Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, pricing, or Program features at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued participation in the Program after receiving notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
